Nutriflow and TianTian, being consumables, are non refundable or exchangeable.

If, at any time, you want to replace your Bioflow, Biophone or Bioguard with a product from the same range, we will credit you 50% of the original purchase price against the price of the replacement.

Just send the original product together with your order and payment for your replacement.
