If you order a product and upon receipt you are not entirely satisfied, you may return it unused and we will send you a full refund.   The product must be unopened, unused and still in its original packaging.

90-DAY PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with the performance of a Bioflow®/Bioguard®/Biophone/Vitaflow/Grippaglow within 90 days of purchase, you can return the product along with proof of purchase.   We will then send your money back less 15% of the original purchase price.

For Motorflow/Thermoflow/H2Flow, you will receive 100% refund.

Nutriflow® and TianTian®, being consumables are non refundable or exchangeable.

12-MONTH FAULTY PARTS AND WORKMANSHIP

Subject to normal conditions of use, if a Bioflow®/Bioguard®/Biophone/ Vitaflow/Grippaglow is returned with proof of purchase within 12 months of purchase and is found by Ecoflow to be faulty, we will then send you a replacement of the same value.   We will bear the cost of sending the replacement to you.

10-YEAR FAULTY PARTS AND WORKMANSHIP.

Subject to normal conditions of use, if a Motorflow/Thermoflow/H2Flow is returned with proof of purchase within 10 years of purchase and is found by Ecoflow to be faulty, we will then send you a like for like replacement.   We will bear the cost of sending the replacement to you.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE ON MAGNETIC PROPERTIES.   (All Magnetic Products.)

If, at any time, you feel that the power of the magnet(s) has lessened, you can return the product.   We will forward it on to Ecoflow for testing and if they agree, we will send you a like for like replacement FREE OF CHARGE.   We will bear the cost of returning the replacement to you. 

NOTES

• We are unable to replace any products that have been lost.
• The chain provided with the Bioguard® Pendent is done so as a courtesy and is not covered by any guarantee.
• All products must be returned with a receipt as proof of purchase.
• We reserve the right to refuse a free replacement if the product or receipt has been tampered with.
• You will not be refunded for the cost of sending products to us.
• Please allow 14-21 days for your products to be replaced.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.

The price stated against each item is for the product only.   Packing and postage is FREE.

Only ONE method of payment should be used for each order.

Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email notifying you of your Order Number and estimated delivery time.

If you order more than one product, the order will be dispatched only when all items are ready unless a long delay is expected for part of an order.

All payments must be in Pounds Sterling.

Cheques

Cheques should be made payable to 'Natural Goodies 4 U'.   We cannot dispatch your order until funds have been cleared at our bank.   Your order will take an extra six working days to process.

PayPal

If you wish to purchase an item from our website, you need to click on the 'Add to Cart' button next to the item.   This button will open a window with a secure page hosted by PayPal, displaying the contents of your PayPal Shopping Cart.   Here you can change the quantity of the item, continue shopping, remove items from the basket or check out.   If you click to continue shopping, you will be taken back to our website.   From here, you can view your PayPal Shopping Cart by clicking another 'Add to Cart' button to purchase another item.   If you click to check out, you will be directed to enter your credit card, postage information and email address.   Sometimes payments will be rejected if card details are entered incorrectly.   You must enter your billing name and address exactly as it is printed on your credit card statement.   Please understand that this is done for protection against stolen and misused cards.

Once you have submitted this information, we will be sent an email informing us of your purchase with your email address and postal information.   You will then be sent back to our website.   During the purchase process, you use secure PayPal pages.

Debit and Credit Cards

We accept Debit and Credit Card payments by telephone.   We will need your Debit/Credit Card Number, Security Number, Expiry Date, Issue Number, card billing address and delivery address, if different.

Delivery of U.K. Orders

Packing and Postage is FREE.   All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail using their Recorded First Class service.   Your package should be expected to arrive the next working day after posting.

You may choose to upgrade to Special Delivery for more urgent items and is guaranteed to arrive the next working day after posting.   THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE.   Postal charges are calculated on gross weight of the package and are the same to anywhere in the U.K.

As these are Signed For Services, delivery depends on someone being at the delivery address at the time of delivery.

Delivery of International Orders

Packing and Postage is FREE.   All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail.

All foreign orders are sent by Airmail.   Airmail Delivery should be expected 3-4 working days after posting to Europe and 5 working days after posting outside Europe.

Delivery Times

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving your order and cleared funds.   If there is likely to be any significant delay in dispatching your order, we will inform you by email.   Usually, these delays are resolved within 1-2 days.   Please allow 7-10 working days before you contact us.
